Canadian-born artist and worship leader Natasha Zimbaro will release her new Christmas single, “Emmanuel,” on November 13, 2026.
Written by Zimbaro and Jonathan Moos, “Emmanuel” is a worshipful celebration of the incarnation and the powerful truth at the heart of Christmas: God with us. The song invites listeners beyond the familiarity of the Christmas story and into the wonder of what it means that God stepped into His creation and came near through Jesus Christ.
“Christmas can become so familiar to us that it’s easy to lose sight of just how incredible the incarnation really is,” says Zimbaro. “The God who created everything stepped into His creation and came near to us through Jesus. My hope is that ‘Emmanuel’ brings people back to that truth and gives the Church a song to worship Jesus with this Christmas.”
Zimbaro currently serves as a full-time worship leader at Lakepointe Church in the Dallas, Texas area and has built a social media audience of more than one million followers. She is also nearing completion of her Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies, a pursuit that continues to shape her approach to songwriting and worship.
“Emmanuel” marks the first release from a larger body of Christ-centered music Zimbaro is preparing for 2027, with additional new music to follow throughout the year. With its message rooted in Scripture and centered on the person of Jesus, “Emmanuel” offers Christian radio a worshipful addition to Christmas programming that keeps the focus firmly on the reason for the season.
